/goto shouldn't try to join the room

it's currently an alias for /join, but that doesn't make sense if you've left/been banned from a room and want to visit a permalink you have history for

I tried a really naive approach at t3chguy/goto_no_autojoin and it didn't work, will pick this back up in before the week is up
