[qualys_gav] Bump latest-asset dest index so lookup mode applies on upgrade

#20080 configured lookup index mode but did not bump the destination
index suffix, so existing upgrades kept the old index without the mode.
Bump dest_asset-2 → dest_asset-3 (and fleet_transform_version) so a new
destination index is created with lookup mode.
