cloudflare_logpush: Dashboard Improvements

Add navigation panels to all dashboards. Use link panels instead of markdown: ssi: migrate dashboard navigation to using links panel widgets #15075
Remove [Logs Cloudflare Logpush] or [Cloudflare Logpush] text from all visualisation titles inside dashboards: https://www.elastic.co/docs/extend/integrations/dashboard-guidelines#_titles_in_visualisations_matter
Use new Metrics visualisation instead of Legacy metrics in all dashboards.
Add controls to all dashboards.
Add dashboards for data streams that have none.
Add mandatory filters in dashboards atleast data_stream.dataset to prevent exclusion of SVR00002 check.
Add/Update all dashboard screenshots
