Add "Inference endpoint" to Agent Builder glossary once connector docs are rewritten

Follow-up from agent builder glossary PR (elastic/docs-content#6175).

The "Inference endpoint" term was suggested for the Agent Builder glossary, but we held off because it isn't yet used as a user-facing concept in the AB docs — it only appears in mcp-server.md as a cluster-privilege footnote, and models.md / connectors.md still frame everything as connectors.

• Confirm timing with Lisa (she worked on the ES solution updates around inference endpoints)
• Update models.md / connectors.md if needed
• Add Inference endpoint entry to explore-analyze/ai-features/agent-builder/glossary.md

Interestingly, in 9.4+ the "Inference Endpoints" UI has been replaced by Elastic inference and External inference apps. The latter app still has the term "inference endpoint" (but generally they both focus on "models" and "endpoints"). In the "model management" apps context, connectors are no longer something they want to call out. Where the "inference endpoint" terminology still persists, however is the API docs, e.g. https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-inference-put Hope this info from my recent 9.4 work is helpful!
