1. Quickstart Guard

Trigger: Scheduled (cron, daily/weekly) + workflow_dispatch

Purpose: Continuously validate onboarding surfaces that downstream users copy directly: ensure gh-agent-workflows/*/example.yml remain parse/validation-safe, and detect docs/link-generation regressions that break setup paths.

Proposed safe outputs: create-issue (single consolidated report), noop

Evidence:

• Invalid shipped example required bug report + fix:

  • fix: make Text Auditor example valid without inputs #712
• Docs link-rewrite regression required fix:
