[text-auditor] Fix typo drift and non-actionable unknown-argument errors #1104

Text Improvements

The following user-facing text issues were found in the repository. Each is a low-effort fix.

1. Typo in mention-in-issue prompt text (instructred)

File: .github/workflows/gh-aw-mention-in-issue.md (line 142)
Current text: Unless instructred otherwise, if you do create an issue or a pull request, assign it to the user who requested the change that resulted in the creation of the issue or pull request.

Why: Clear typo in user-facing workflow guidance.

2. Unknown-flag error in move-github-dotgithub.sh is not actionable

File: scripts/move-github-dotgithub.sh (line 19)
Current text: Unknown flag: $arg
Suggested fix: Error: Unknown flag: $arg. Use --help for usage.
Why: The script supports --help, but the current error gives no recovery guidance.

3. Unknown-argument error in pr-comment.sh omits expected options

File: claude-workflows/pr-review/scripts/pr-comment.sh (line 90)
Current text: Error: Unknown argument: $1
Suggested fix: Error: Unknown argument: $1. Use: --severity <level> --title <desc> --why <reason> [--no-suggestion].
Why: This parser failure is user-facing and should indicate valid argument shape to reduce trial-and-error.

• claude-workflows/pr-review/scripts/pr-comment.sh:90 ✅ reportable
• scripts/quick-setup.sh:65 ❌ excluded (already prints usage immediately)
• scripts/trigger-ci-workflows.sh:76 ❌ excluded from this issue (already tracked previously)

For typo token instructred, repo-wide search found only:

Suggested Actions

• Replace instructred with instructed in both mention-in-issue workflow files.

• Improve unknown-argument error in claude-workflows/pr-review/scripts/pr-comment.sh to include expected argument shape.
