Add Iterative Ideas Man daily workflow

Adds a daily scheduled workflow that uses the gh-aw-scheduled-audit upstream as its base to automatically open one new, well-researched ES|QL dashboard feature idea as a GitHub issue each day.

Changes

• .github/workflows/iterative-ideas-man.yml — new workflow that:
  • Runs daily at 09:00 UTC (plus workflow_dispatch)
  • Delegates to elastic/ai-github-actions/.github/workflows/gh-aw-scheduled-audit.lock.yml@main
  • Tags all generated issues with the [idea] prefix
  • Instructs the agent to ground each idea in the existing codebase, explain customer value, sketch a rough implementation, and argue why it's tractable — while avoiding duplication with open/recently-closed issues
