This repository contains the document categorizer which is used by the Elaisa Web Crawler to decide which language level a current scraped document should get.
You can use the Categerozier API to get the language level information of your text in a specific language.

You need a special API Key for this Elaisa API. Please contact info@elaisa.org to get one.
