[Bug]: Misleading error when pulling a preset from a nonexistent project

Steps to reproduce

$ dstack preset pull unknown-project/test
Using https://sky.dstack.ai for unknown-project
The server at https://sky.dstack.ai (project 'unknown-project') does not support the preset registry

Actual behaviour

The error message says that https://sky.dstack.ai does not support the preset registry, which is incorrect.

Expected behaviour

The error message should say that the project / preset does not exist
