Summary

Deploys the MeridianVault Soroban contract and an mUSDC SAC to the Stellar testnet, wires their IDs into the codebase, and replaces the stubbed positions endpoint with a real on-chain read.

What changed:

• packages/shared/src/constants.ts — vault and musdc contract IDs added for testnet
• api/v1/tx/_shared.ts — vault ID hardcoded as fallback (Vercel works without env var)
• api/v1/positions/[publicKey].ts — replaced stub with real on-chain read using Soroban view simulation (get_position, get_total_shares, get_total_assets)
• apps/api/src/routes/positions.ts — same logic for local Fastify dev server

Protocol context

• Stellar/Soroban: mUSDC admin transferred to vault so it mints and burns shares autonomously on deposit and withdraw.

Testing

• Typecheck passes (pnpm typecheck)
• Deposit/withdraw flow tested end-to-end with a funded testnet wallet + Freighter
