Summary

Six latent defects were verified by direct source inspection in the EfcHomeController metrics and
move-execution paths. None was fixed in #437 because the parent epic's NFR forbids behavior change
in a coverage-only child. They are recorded here so they survive as tracked work rather than as
prose inside a feature folder.

Closing as completed. Delivered together with #442 and #443 in commit 049f93ec ("fix(efc): atomic single-move guard and correct metrics duration/culture (#451)"), part of the quickfiler-home-controller-metrics-442 feature (spec header: "Also Resolves: #443, #451"), merged into main via the epic integration PR #673 (epic/quickfiler-bug-family-integration).

Confirmed directly against origin/main for all six defects named in the original potential-bug record:

1. Stopwatch started: EfcHomeController.cs:76 and :225 now read _stopWatch = Stopwatch.StartNew(); (previously constructed and never started).
2. .TotalSeconds used: EfcHomeController.Metrics.cs reads _stopWatch.Elapsed.TotalSeconds, widened to double.
3. Atomic re-entrancy: ExecuteMoves.cs TryBeginExecuteMoves()/ResetExecuteMovesState() now use Interlocked.CompareExchange/Exchange on a private int _isExecuting, not a volatile bool read-then-write.
4. CSV separator restored between ToRecipientsName and SenderName in BuildQuickFileMetricLines.
5. All four free-text fields (Subject, ToRecipientsName, SenderName, folder) now pass through QfcCollectionController.xComma.
6. QuickFileMetrics_WRITE(string filename) is implemented (guard-clause no-op precedent), not a bare throw new NotImplementedException().

AC-7 and AC-9 through AC-15 in docs/features/active/quickfiler-home-controller-metrics-442/spec.md (the sole acceptance-criteria source for this full-bug feature) are checked [x] and map directly to these six defects.

Verified during a full-repo bug sweep (2026-09-02). No branch or PR remains to ship; this was left open only as bookkeeping.
