KBE authoring guidance

• Error Details is for readers. Build Analysis parses only the JSON block under Error Message.
• ErrorMessage uses the ordered array form. Both lines come from the failing work item's Helix console log, so Build Analysis can only match through that log; ExcludeConsoleLog must stay false. A test's error message alone contains only the second line and won't match.
• The first line is createdump's own failure output, and the second is the failing tests' exception message. Together they identify "createdump could not finish a heap dump, so the dump tests read a truncated file". Neither is a generic harness line.
• The job's Fail on test errors build error only has generic text in AzDO (PowerShell exited with code '1', One or more cDAC dump test failures were detected). This KBE intentionally doesn't try to match that build-error entry.

Error Details

While the cDAC dump tests were generating their dumps on Helix (Windows.Amd64.Open), createdump failed to write the AsyncContinuation heap dump. The debuggee's other dumps were written successfully. Every test that loads that dump then fails because the file is incomplete. The other 500 dump tests in the work item passed.
