KBE authoring guidance

• Error Details is for readers. Build Analysis parses only the JSON block under Error Message.
• ErrorMessage is a case-sensitive ordinal String.Contains substring copied verbatim from the failed jobs' AzDO build logs. Build Analysis searches those logs for build errors.
• This is kept separate from [ci-scan] Build break: SOS.Tests receives unsupported --method option #133175 on purpose. That KBE's signature (-method SOS* / Unknown option '--method') only appears in the per-assembly xunit logs under artifacts\log\Release\. Those logs aren't published to AzDO, so Build Analysis can't match it, and it has 0 hits. The root cause may be the same, but broadening [ci-scan] Build break: SOS.Tests receives unsupported --method option #133175 to this line would merge two distinct signatures.

Error Details

In both Windows SOSTests legs, every diagnostics test assembly (DbgShim, dotnet-counters, dotnet-gcdump, dotnet-trace, EventPipe, Microsoft.Diagnostics.*, SOS.Tests, SOS.UnitTests, and others) reports Tests failed within about 0.1 s of starting. No test executes, and the Test step then fails:
