superpmi-collect.proj fails to evaluate in superpmi-collect pipeline:

/__w/1/s/src/coreclr/scripts/superpmi-collect.proj(227,27): error MSB4184: The expression "[System.IO.Directory]::GetDirectories(/__w/1/s/payload/workitem/collectAssembliesDirectory/smoke_tests)" cannot be evaluated. Could not find a part of the path '/__w/1/s/payload/workitem/collectAssembliesDirectory

Likely due to this in the "SuperPMI setup" stage:

I believe #127944 introduced this issue, based on a few test CI runs of different commits.

This will be fixed by flow from the SDK through the VMR, I believe, now that the related SDK issue is fixed.
