DynamoDB transactional state storage conflicts could leave a storage instance reusable without reloading and provided limited context for diagnosing failed transaction operations.

This change hardens conflict handling by requiring a successful Load after failed stores and adding operation-indexed, partition-scoped diagnostics without exposing payloads. It also expands coverage for strict ETags, no-change and duplicate-sequence behavior, stale-writer convergence, idempotency, and TransactionConflict characterization so conflict behavior remains predictable while preserving public APIs.
