Issue Details

PR #30339 causes Shell.NavBarIsVisible to not work correctly in child page and value override scenarios. Therefore, reverting the PR changes.

Description of Change

• Reverted PR Fix Changing Shell.NavBarIsVisible does not update the nav bar #30339 in release/10.0.1xx-sr7
• Reverted PR Fix CI failure for NavBarIsVisibleUpdates unit test #34648 in release/10.0.1xx-sr7
• Reverted the iOS 26 image from PR [Testing] Fixed test failure in PR 34617 - [30/03/2026] Candidate #34760 in release/10.0.1xx-sr7
