@rmarinho The initial implementation used circle.fill, but a visual regression was observed, the size of the circle indicator differed noticeably from the original native UIPageControl appearance, causing the UpdateIndicatorViewCircleShape screenshot test to fail. An alternative using circlebadge.fill was then evaluated, as it more closely matched the size and appearance of the default indicator. This is why the existing tests pass with this option. A diff image of the UpdateIndicatorViewCircleShape test is attached for reference. |

[major] iOS/MacCatalyst Platform — This now replaces every non-templated circle IndicatorView's native UIPageControl dot with the SF Symbol circlebadge.fill whenever layout runs, not just when recovering from a square shape. That changes existing circle indicator rendering on iOS/MacCatalyst and relies on private UIPageControl subviews being UIImageViews. Since iOS 14+ exposes public indicator-image APIs, prefer using PreferredIndicatorImage/SetIndicatorImage and clear the custom image for Circle so native circle rendering is preserved.
