[Android] Hardcoded More text for TabBar

Description

When you have more than 5 TabBar items an overflow menu "More" will be created.
If you change the language of the app the "More" option its text doesn't change unlike the back and flyout button.
The language set for the app should be respected and translated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a .NET MAUI app.
2. Add more than 5 tabs to the TabBar.
3. Change the Android emulator language (in this case it was Dutch).
4. Run the app.

This is already using the same mechanism that was added in Xamarin.Forms in xamarin/Xamarin.Forms#10604. The Android overflow tab title is not hardcoded in the renderer anymore; it comes from the Android string resource overflow_tab_title.

You can localize/override it in your app by adding Android resource files, for example:

Android does not have the same system-provided “More” tab behavior as iOS here. In MAUI, the Android Shell bottom tab overflow is implemented by MAUI using a Material bottom navigation item and bottom sheet, so app-specific localization should be supplied through Android strings.xml resources.
