[10.0.60] ScrollTo(0) not working anymore on CollectionView when IsGrouped="True"

Description

ScrollTo(0) is not working anymore on CollectionView when IsGrouped="True".
This is a regression in Maui 10.0.60. No issue with Maui 10.0.51.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open repro project
2. Click on "End" - it scrolls to the end of the CollectionView
3. Click on "Start" - with 10.0.51 it scrolls to the start ; with 10.0.60 nothing happens.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.119.0 with .NET MAUI versions 10.0.51 & 10.0.60. It can be reproducible on Android platform from version 10.0.60.
