This is similar to #429, just a different set of platform-specific relocation operators.
These are for linux-arm64

Can we please remember to use squashes for our changes, not merges? It's easier to cherry-pick across branches

Sorry for that. I set it on auto-merge because it was taking so long to build. I guess auto-merge does not squash?

It uses whatever you configured when you enable automerge:

Hmm. I probably just clicked on the checkbox and it did what was there by default. I will be more careful next time.
