Release new version to pypi

Hello,
the latest release on pypi is 7.0.0 which unfortunately does not include the fix for #3110 yet.
It would we much appreciated if a new version could be build and uploaded.

yes please do a release, we currently must pin docker-py to < 7.0.0 in openstack/kolla due to the missing bugfix in #3196 which is merged, but no release contains the fix.

:edit: If you need help in maintaining this, especially doing releases I could maybe offer some help there.
