fix: restore GitHub Pages static mirror (no book redirect) - #147

Publish the full book on dlgrv.github.io again instead of redirecting to book.dlgrv.com. Gate interactive/OAuth to book.dlgrv.com only, allow OAuth user create, vendor PocketBase JS, and bump the Go library to v0.40.4.
