Add ar to the ebooks matrix and publish set (10 -> 12 assets). EPUB: unique book id, spine page-progression-direction rtl, dir rtl on package/html/body, logical CSS properties. PDF: Amiri/Naskh font fallback, direction-aware table alignment, mirrored RTL running head via rtl pandoc var. CI installs Amiri and asserts its presence. Tests cover EBOOK_IDS, isRtl, and the template RTL branch.
The ar I18N block missed fbDlT/fbDl, rendering undefined in the footer. Rebuild all locale pages.
Replace the ar row dashes with ebooks-latest download links in all six READMEs.
