Mutations via GraphQL

We should support modifying data via the common GraphQL query endpoint.

Submitted a change to parse Mutations from GraphQL. Now, we need to apply them to the posting lists. With the effort towards distributed, this wouldn't be achievable via the current RDF loader code. Created another issue #32.

Btw, already added a change which can parse mutations like so:

mutation {
  set {
    <a> <b> <c> .
  }
  del {
    <a> <b> <e> .
  }
}
