Problem: the pin star is off until you find the Pin agents setting, so most users never see
the feature.

Proposal: default agentPins to true, while keeping an explicitly saved false.

    Superseded by #1120 (56aed89): the Pin agents setting was removed and pins always apply, so there is no default left to change.
