Russian UI language #879
Description
Problem: the UI has English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Turkish, but no Russian.
Proposal: add ru (Русский) with a complete i18n.ru.ts that has the same key set and
placeholders as the other dictionaries:
- System detection accepts
ru-*regional tags. ru-RUis used for formatting.- Automatic dictation uses
ru-RUfor a Russian UI.
Terminology was checked against OpenCode's Russian UI:
- buttons are infinitives, explanations use the polite imperative;
- error messages start with «Не удалось»;
- theme and product names stay in English.
The dictionary is translated and in use locally, and the i18n tests pass. I can open a PR if you
want it.
Alternatives: none in the app today.

Thanks for the request. The app keeps English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese and does not take new UI languages (CONTRIBUTING.md, "UI languages"), because every language has to translate each later string.
