Browser tab title loses the Oh-My-Pi agent's run-state glyph/update spinner #2568

What happened

Problem: OMP (Oh my Pi) has a spinner when working. This shows in the browser tab. However, after updating to use the omp-integration, this spinner is gone, and Ovis just shows the OMP session title, but no longer a spinner while the agent is working.

Expectation: Continue to show the ⠋ spinner while the agent works

My agent says:

• What happened: select an omp pane whose title is π ⠋ <title>; the browser tab reads <title> · Ovis with no spinner. Before the pane had an agent, the same pane's tab animated π ⠋ ….

• Point at: src/components/Sidebar.tsx:58 → src/lib/paneName.ts:22,29-34 (the ^π\s*[^\p{L}\p{N}\s]?\s* strip gated on pane.agent), consumed by src/App.tsx:320,361.

• Proposed fix: strip only for rows; give document.title the unstripped title (or a keepState flag).
