OMP Ask cards: the card disappears under omp's status row, and Markdown in the question is flattened #1644

Found while reviewing #1528 (thanks @CharleoYang). Both problems reproduce on main (78084ec) against real omp 18.12.6 captures.

1. The card disappears while the question still waits

promptTailIsActive (server/prompt.ts) treats any line below the Ask panel's bottom border as later output. omp prints its status row right there, for example:

All 8 captured screens with such a row give no card; with that one row removed, all 8 parse. What a fix must recognise, from omp 18.12.6's status line (pi-tui formatBillingSummary): $N.NN ↑/↓ appears only for time-priced models, subscriptions show S0.12 or (sub), zero cost shows nothing, and a temp folder shows as 🗑 …. #1528's pattern needed a $N.NN ↑|↓ tail and a ~/, / or X:\ path, so it matched none of the real rows. Later agent output must still settle the card, so a status row alone should not count as proof that the question is live (the panel border right above it can).

2. Markdown in the question and options is flattened

The live card is rebuilt from terminal text: emphasis, links, tables, code and math are lost, and long questions and previews are clipped. #1528 matched the live menu to the single unfinished ask call of the current turn and took its raw text. On the captures it enriched 5 of 15 question screens. It gave up whenever an option label holds Markdown (raw Use `pnpm` against the screen's Use pnpm) and for fenced questions that are not clipped. A fix should compare after reducing the Markdown to the plain text omp draws, and still fail closed on a real mismatch (another turn, a settled call, different options or order).

Adds optional prompt fields to the HTTP contract and changes remote PC bundle code, so it needs a real review and a REMOTE_BUNDLE_VERSION bump when it lands.
