Most of my production work lives in private company repos. Here's what I've built:

Pharma & MedTech B2B platform — Led frontend over 3.5 years at a pharmaceuticals company. Migrated a monolithic frontend into 3 separate Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 apps, decomposed backend into dedicated Java Spring Boot services on AWS Beanstalk + Lambda, and replaced an oversized ElasticSearch cluster with auto-scaling AWS OpenSearch — significantly reducing costs. Infrastructure fully automated via Terraform + GitLab CI/CD. Served 1,500+ veterinary practices.

AI avatar chat plugin — Built an embeddable video chatbot plugin (iFrame + WordPress) from scratch to production at an early-stage AI SaaS startup. Users can upload PDFs/Q&A, an AI avatar speaks the answers, unknown questions are flagged for admin follow-up. Backoffice for full configuration. Stack: Vue 3, NestJS, Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana/Prometheus.

AI-powered accounting platform — Full stack work on a Lexoffice-style accounting SaaS with automated document processing. On my own initiative, set up a self-hosted DeepSeek LLM on AWS EC2 as a ChatGPT alternative to reduce API costs and vendor dependency. Stack: Vue 3, Nuxt, Node.js, AWS.

WordPress → Headless CMS migration — Migrated 1,000+ posts, Custom Post Types, WPML translations, menus and categories from WordPress to Strapi. Built intelligent media cleanup (only actually used assets transferred) and a new React/Next.js frontend. This project is the basis for an open-source migration tool I'm currently building.

React Native app — Feature development on Pongmaster, a table tennis app with 5,000+ downloads and ~1,000 active users. Added Google Maps integration for finding public tables, redesigned the registration flow with SSO, and built user rating features.

Bitcoin price comparison platform (personal project) — gospendl.com — Built an automated web crawling pipeline with Crawl4AI + Python to aggregate and index products that accept Bitcoin, with Algolia full-text search. Solo developer.

nuxt-3-intercom — Nuxt 3 module for Intercom integration, fully typed, lightweight. 8 releases, used in production.

nuxt-i18n-data — Nuxt module for managing i18n translation data.
