Oddity in IND$FILE behavior #3

When uploading (as text, with cr/lf) files that have 80 character lines and a newline after, the resulting file on CMS has an empty record after the line.

It makes a weird kind of sense (break off after 80 characters, the newline must have been in a separate record), but it doesn't seem to be how other IND$FILE implementations behave.
