• src/commands/login-args.ts (edit) — Export readonly LOGIN_FLAGS containing --url, --opus, --sonnet and --haiku; use it in the accepted-value-flag branch. Preserve key scans, separate --key refusal, inline syntax, validation, signatures, usage and errors.
• src/commands/doctor.ts (edit) — Export readonly DOCTOR_FLAGS containing --live and use it in the argv acceptance loop. Preserve unknown-argument handling, duplicate acceptance, usage, signatures and check execution.
• src/readme.test.ts (edit) — Import parser inventories and require every owned spelling to have both a parser check and README coverage. Parameterize source extraction for mutation tests; exclude the refusals section from positive coverage but retain whole-document ownership and refusal checks. Require aliases individually; provide a reason-bearing undocumented-exception map, currently empty, rejecting stale exceptions. Test omitted --opus, missing -v, future inventory additions and refusal-only mentions fail; retain existing checks.
