feat(datingexam): 선택 과목 정보 조회 API 삭제 (#451)

개요

GET /dating-exam/optional 선택 과목 정보 조회 API를 삭제합니다.

변경 사항

• 컨트롤러 DatingExamApi.getOptionalExamInfo 제거
• 삭제로 사용되지 않게 된 DatingExamFinder.findOptionalExamInfo (인터페이스 + DatingExamQueryService 구현) 제거
• SubjectType.OPTIONAL enum은 제출/소울메이트 흐름에서 계속 사용되므로 유지

검증

• ./gradlew compileJava 통과
• getOptionalExamInfo/findOptionalExamInfo 잔존 참조 없음 (남은 1건은 레포지토리 테스트 메서드명으로 무관)
