Allow to use dbt-sqlserver without installing ODBC driver

Hi,

I would like to use dbt-sqlserver without installing ODBC driver.
python-tds allows to connect to SQL Server using pure Python TDS.

Could you please implement a parameter to use python-tds ?

Microsoft just released a Python driver called mssql-python which would be a better contender IMO.

Looks like python-tds is fully open source, while mssql-python is not, but there are performance considerations mostly, dbt makes a lot of simple queries for each model
