Subtracting from `Instant::now()` panics with overflow

Seems to be a similar issue as rust-lang/rust#100141

This is a carbon-copy of Std after all, so its to be expected.

We could address this by just always adding Performance.timeOrigin.
But otherwise I've no idea how to address this.

In any case, I consider this a bigger issue in Rust itself because as noted in sebcrozet/instant#45, it can still happen on Windows just as easily, with no way to really address it.

Alternatively we could use our own representation instead of Duration, using signed integers. However, this would add additional conversion overhead.
