Summary

replace the legacy Remix DatoCMS read token with separate published and draft CDA tokens
update the starter manifest to map those env vars to the least-privilege token roles
update README and env example setup instructions

Validation

git diff --check
parsed datocms.json and verified DatoCMS access-token mappings use the expected role names
verified no public-prefixed draft/CMA token refs
verified the old DATOCMS_READONLY_TOKEN ref is gone
