Reviewed the Rust 1.91 → 1.94 pin and traced the accompanying empty-input sampler path. Rust 1.94 installs successfully, no other stale toolchain pins remain, the sampler call preserves the already-zeroed empty-sample values, and all 31 upstream checks pass.
