[BUG] CLI crashes in VS Code Terminal but not in iTerm #406

Version: 0.100.1

Repro steps:

  1. Open iTerm in macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a), Intel.
  2. Successfully run databricks clusters list.
  3. Open VS Code 1.78.2 and click Terminal > New Terminal.
  4. Run databricks clusters list.

Result:

panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference
[signal SIGSEGV: segmentation violation code=0x1 addr=0x20 pc=0x16898f5]
