Since-last-visit polish from the backlog.

  • 📅 Grouped by day: events bucket into Today / Yesterday / readable date sections, matching the Issues/Notifications layout.
  • 🏷️ Filter chips by kind: new PRs · CI changed · closed·merged · commits, each with its count — chips only render for kinds that actually occurred.
  • Mark-as-seen flow unchanged.

Honest scope note: the backlog's "optional window selector" is skipped deliberately — events derive from the snapshot diff, so the snapshot IS the window; a selector would promise filtering the model can't deliver. Noted in TASK_TODO.

npm run check green (35 tests).

Verify

Home → Since last visit (with a stale baseline): events now under day headers; chips filter by kind.

Since-last-visit polish from the backlog:
- Events bucket into calendar-day groups (Today / Yesterday / readable date),
matching the Issues/Notifications group layout. Insertion order preserves
  the existing desc chronology.
- Filter chips by event kind (new PRs / CI changed / closed·merged / commits)
with per-kind counts; chips only render for kinds that occurred.
- Derivations are intentionally plain (no useMemo): useSinceLastVisit
recomputes `events` per render, so memoizing on it would never hit.

The backlog's "optional window selector" is skipped deliberately: events derive
from the snapshot diff, so the snapshot IS the window — noted in TASK_TODO.
