Summary: stop the transcript link resolver from opening fusion artifacts at markup edges. A bare-URL match fused across a link span boundary or inside image markup is discarded, so the junction between adjacent links misses and images stay non-openable; the first code block hit decides with no ancestor retry. Keeper tests cover the boundary, non-link prose, images, wrapped links, and post-scroll clicks. Fixes CL-7955. Verification: bun run check green (typecheck, lint, 7388 pass / 0 fail).
