feat(web): group worktree threads into sidebar cards - #35

Conversation
Threads that share a worktree render as one card in the default sidebar. A card is a read-time view over the flat, server-ordered thread list: members gather behind their highest-ranking member, drag moves the card as a block, and pin/unpin fan out to every member from every entry point. Toggle under Settings > General > Worktree cards. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The default sidebar lists every thread on its own, so the threads working in one worktree scatter across the list as activity and ordering change. Keeping them together meant living on the separate Connor Mode sidebar.
This makes the default sidebar gather the pinned and active threads of one worktree into a single card. The card is a read-time view over the flat, server-ordered thread list: members gather behind their highest-ranking member, and nothing is stored for the card itself. Rows are unchanged; the card is a shared well with flush rows.
mod+shift+p, and drag. Labels read "Pin worktree" / "Unpin worktree" when siblings exist.sidebarGroupWorktreeThreads, on by default, default sidebar only).Docs: new "Worktree cards" section in the thread sidebar guide and a glossary entry.
No screenshots attached; the design was picked from static mocks and this fork PR is self-merged.
