What Changed

Replaced the always-visible "No threads yet" row under empty projects in the sidebar with a tooltip on the project header itself, shown only on hover, and only when the project has no worktrees or threads.

Why

The "No threads yet" line took up permanent vertical space under every empty project, even when collapsed context wasn't needed. Moving that explanation into a hover tooltip keeps the sidebar compact while still telling users why a project looks empty when they need to know.

UI Changes

Sidebar project rows: empty projects no longer render a child row; hovering the project header shows a "No threads yet" tooltip instead.

- Replace the inline "No threads yet" list item for empty projects with a tooltip on the project header, shown only when the section has no worktrees or threads.
