We should use https://github.com/kentcdodds/validate-commit-msg in our build process.

I'd throw conventional-changelog-lint into the ring and be happy to create a PR for it. Interested?

@marionebl We are looking for these both to be in 3.0. If we can't get them done, then for 4. Let me know if you're interested in working on a PR and if so, which release you'd like it to be in.
