    This was a repository settings compliance issue, not a code change. The fix was applied directly via the GitHub API.

    Root cause: CodeRabbit (app_id 347564) and Claude (app_id 1236702) had auto_trigger_checks: true, which causes GitHub to create a queued check suite on every push that is never completed — permanently blocking auto-merge.

    Fix applied: Disabled auto_trigger_checks for both apps via PATCH /repos/petry-projects/ContentTwin/check-suites/preferences.
