   Replaced the repo-local inlined claude.yml with the org-standard thin-caller stub per petry-projects/.github/standards/workflows/claude.yml. Key changes:

   • Added check_run: types: [completed] trigger (fixes the compliance finding)
   • Added paths-ignore OIDC guard on pull_request trigger (prevents 401 errors on future PRs that only change this file)
   • Delegated all logic (prompt, allowedTools, claude-ci-fix job, claude-issue job) to the org reusable workflow claude-code-reusable.yml@v1
   • Reduced the file from 181 lines to 65 lines

   ⚠️ The Claude Code CI check on this PR will likely show a 401 OIDC failure — this is expected behavior documented in the file header. The paths-ignore guard prevents this on future PRs once this lands on main.
