    CODEOWNERS catch-all — already resolved

    • Check for existing open PRs for this issue
    • Read CLAUDE.md and CODEOWNERS standard
    • Read current CODEOWNERS file
    • Assess whether a fix is needed

    No changes needed. The compliance finding is already resolved.

    The .github/CODEOWNERS file was created in commit 2593a0a with the required catch-all pattern per the codeowners standard:

    # Default owner for all files
    * @petry-projects/org-leads

    This matches the standard exactly — @petry-projects/org-leads is the first (and only) owner on the catch-all line, individual users are not listed, and the * pattern ensures all files have an owner.

    The issue was likely created by a compliance audit run that predates commit 2593a0a. It can be closed.
