…mand documentation

- Bumped the package version from 1.0.03 to 1.0.04 in package.json.
- Deleted outdated documentation files for the opsx-apply command, including related skills and workflows, to streamline the codebase and remove experimental features no longer in use.

This commit ensures the package is up-to-date and maintains a cleaner project structure by removing obsolete files.
- Introduced mandatory `plan.md` in the spec-driven workflow, enhancing structure and clarity.
- Updated comprehension quiz to include plan-heavy question allocation and invalidation logic.
- Fixed YAML frontmatter generation to escape carriage returns in adapters.

**Breaking Change:** Existing configurations with `tasks.md` but no `plan.md` will be blocked until a plan is added.
- Bumped the package version from 1.0.04 to 1.0.6 in package.json.
- Removed the deprecated changeset for escaping carriage returns in YAML frontmatter.
- Expanded documentation in workflows.md and schema.yaml to clarify Jira integration, emphasizing naming conventions and traceability.
- Added tests to ensure guidance on Jira naming conventions is included in proposal instructions.

This commit improves the project's versioning and documentation related to Jira integration, ensuring better adherence to naming standards and traceability.
…nced analytics

- Updated package version from 1.0.6 to 1.1.0 in package.json.
- Disabled automatic reviews in .coderabbit.yaml.
- Added new telemetry features requiring user identity for all commands except `init` and `update`, with detailed tracking of workflow metrics and user interactions.
- Expanded documentation in README.md, cli.md, and faq.md to reflect mandatory telemetry requirements and usage analytics.
- Introduced new events for tracking command execution and user feedback across various commands.
- Added a new report on PostHog integration detailing the telemetry setup and next steps for users.

This commit enhances the project's analytics capabilities while ensuring compliance with user identity requirements for telemetry.
