Declining this major base-image update under the current .NET 10 / 0.x maintenance policy. The application is self-contained, so this is not a claimed runtime incompatibility; existing --version CI does not verify SQL/TLS/MCP operation inside the new image, and no adoption need was established. The settlement branch keeps the 10.x base and adds Dependabot major-update exclusions for dotnet/sdk and dotnet/runtime-deps. Reconsider only as an intentional, container-verified platform update. |
