The mdmailto snippet inserts a stray %20Source%20Han%20Sans after the subject, so every mailto link it creates has that text in its subject.
Repro (Sublime Text 4215, MarkdownAssistant 1.0.3 from Package Control)
In a Markdown file, type mdmailto and press Tab. The inserted text is:
[Clickable Display Text](mailto:email address here?subject=[subject here]%20Source%20Han%20Sans)
Whatever the user types into the subject placeholder, the link still ends with %20Source%20Han%20Sans (the name of a font), so the resulting subject line is " Source Han Sans". The subject is also wrapped in literal [ ], which end up inside the URL.
Cause
In Links/mailto.sublime-snippet the content is:
[${1:Clickable Display Text}](mailto:${2:email address here}?subject=[${3:subject here}]%20Source%20Han%20Sans)
The %20Source%20Han%20Sans looks like text pasted in by accident. Something like ?subject=${3:subject here}) would produce a working link.
