The nx plugin should have a plugin generator to :
- project with esbuild & vitest` setup for the plugin logic
- project with vitest setup for the plugin e2e tests
- setup plugin to support both CJS and ESM: https://nx.dev/recipes/tips-n-tricks/compile-multiple-formats
