Manage ceph daemons

Investigate the following commands:

• ceph orch ps --daemon-type rgw
• ceph orch ls --service-type rgw

And implement API to list all running daemons: GET /daemon?type={rgw|mon|...}. type param should be enum - find all possible values for it. Create a new grpc service Inventory and name method GetDaemons.
